Any failed goods can be returned within 30 working days. Postage is not refundable under any circumstances. If the goods are found not to be faulty, the customer pays for return postage.

Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 30 days after the day you receive the item.
