I bought a pair of these from Mike at Caistor Tackle unboxed them and straight away they screamed quality a lovely build and a lovely finish.
I used them yesterday for the first time on my local Pier in Dorset and what a dream to use, my first bite was a plaice fished on a one-up one down plaice rig using a 4-ounce bomb just a simple overhead thump sent the lead flying a good 80 yds which is plenty for that pier but it was effortless I never had to put any power into the cast the rod just soaked it up and did its job it’s my first Akios rod and I would highly recommend the Creed to anyone looking for a high-end beach rod with plenty of power and a very sensitive tip.
